prayer

“Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labour in vain...” (Psalm 127:1)

As children of God we are His dependants and prayer is how God asks us to relate to him as our Father. We try to build prayer into everything we do but there are particular times we get together just to focus on praying.

Current opportunities for prayer ministry are:

After our 10am & 6pm service each week. Our service and prayer leaders are available for personal prayer.

Prayer ministry in our worship services. These opportunities appear on our regular service rosters.

Each Monday (except for public holidays), 9:00-9.45am on Zoom, to pray for St Columb’s ministries, our community and beyond.

Prayer day (12 hours of prayer). We organise rostered prayer days on up to four Saturdays per year. People are free to come and pray in one hour time slots.
